Once upon a time, Elliah Terry was a kid. She lived in a house with a lot of other kids (seven of them), called brothers and sisters.
In first grade, she won $20 for her essay "My Mom is Magnificent Because . . . " The judge's favorite line was: "She teaches me how to do the Hokey Pokey."
By 5th grade, Elliah knew she wanted to be a writer. Every day after school, she climbed a tall aspen tree in her front yard and wrote silly poems.
She still writes silly poems, but not up in a tree. Now she prefers the bathtub. No one bothers her in there!
She lives in Utah with her husband, two young children, and a guinea pig named Rascal.
